… 35°, the ideal angle Detailed studies have shown that an inclination of 35° with respect to the support surface allows for ideal cleaning performance. The resulting flow dynamics allow the needles to act thoroughly. In classic 90° solutions, the object follows the liquid's vortex almost unimpeded, and cleaning effectiveness is significantly reduced. In the Sympro device, the object opposes the flow and is thus well wetted and optimally cleaned (maximum impact energy of the needles).
… what matters are the needles The term "needle cleaning" derives from the metal needles, the second component of the system, which are used in the cleaning cycle together with the liquid. A rotating magnetic field sets the needles in motion, which remove deposits from the surface with a gentle mechanical action. With rotation, the needles heat the cleaning bath to approx. 45°C, accelerating the chemical reaction. The needles are made of an acid-resistant alloy, and their geometry, invisible to the naked eye, is designed to ensure maximum effectiveness and long life. Renfert needles are precisely cut at a right angle, further increasing their effectiveness while protecting the object's surface. Needles cut obliquely and with little precision produce little impact energy, and cleaning is less effective. Sharp tips damage the surface.
