Thanks to an intelligent drive system, it automatically reduces or increases the suction power as required. Separate and intelligent management of two users
The Silent TS2 activates at the set suction level and opens the relevant valve as soon as one of the two possible users, e.g. a handpiece, is activated. If a second user is activated, the second valve opens, and the motor power is automatically adjusted to ensure that both suction channels receive the originally set power. When one of the two users is deactivated, the valve of the respective suction channel closes, and the motor power is automatically reduced to the set suction power.
Even more convenient thanks to above-average motor life
Thanks to the development of new motor technology and an additional drive device, it has been possible to multiply the standard service life of brush motors. In laboratory simulation conditions and by setting different suction power cycles, an increase in service life of up to 300% has been achieved compared to other models! Tests have even shown in extreme cases that a service life of up to 2,400 operating hours can be reached.
No downtime
But even the best motor's life eventually comes to an end. As a rule, this means: sending the appliance back for repair or calling a service technician. Both solutions involve downtime and often high costs. This is not the case for the Silent TS2. As with its predecessor, the motor can be replaced entirely by the user. And this in just 2 minutes and without the use of tools - high repair costs and annoying downtime are a thing of the past. And for those who want to be on the safe side, it is possible to order a replacement motor immediately to keep it ready as a spare, thus avoiding even waiting for necessary delivery times. This is possible thanks to the extremely low cost of replacement motors, which amount to less than xx% of the Silent TS2's purchase price! An additional safety advantage: through the diagnostic mode, a quick system check is carried out directly when the appliance is activated.
Easy adaptability to every user
Thanks to the high suction power of 3,300 l/min. (flow rate), the new Silent TS2 also allows two users to be connected without problems, ensuring effective health protection. At the same time, the automatic switch-on system and the full filter recognition function can be practically and very precisely adapted to individual conditions. Thanks to its special features, the Silent TS2 fits perfectly into the process chain of the laboratory or practice. The calibration of the automatic switch-on system is precisely adjustable, allowing the Silent TS2 to be set according to any common handpiece. The user can define the micromotor speed at which the Silent TS2 should activate. At very low speeds, for example, when suction is not required, the appliance does not activate!
Precise adjustment
The full filter recognition function can be individually calibrated to achieve the maximum filling level of the dust collection bag and can therefore be adapted to different materials to be aspirated. This means that the suction only indicates that the filter is full when the dust collection bag actually needs to be replaced. This means: lower consumption of dust collection bags and therefore lower operating costs. An individually adjustable run-on time for each of the two suction channels allows the closing times of the sleeve valves to be adjusted as required, for high working comfort. A typical example of daily laboratory work: two technicians work at the handpiece and during short interruptions do not want to continuously adjust the suction power - it is sufficient to increase the time value. Done.
Work relaxed thanks to effective sound insulation
The Silent family of suction units are doubly optimized for acoustic protection thanks to intelligent air guidance and the adoption of specific soundproofing solutions and materials. On the one hand, the operating noise is very low; on the other hand, in collaboration with psychoacoustics experts, the frequencies most unpleasant to the human ear have been dampened. Effective health protection translates into less stress during work.
