This extractor combines power, flexibility and cost-effectiveness in one unit. Thanks to its enormous and adjustable suction power, it is suitable for both equipment and workbench extraction. With its precisely adjustable filter change indicator and automatic start, compact dimensions and timeless design, the Silent TS is suitable for almost any system. It is equipped with a collector motor which, thanks to an innovative, specially developed control system, has a lifespan up to three times longer than usual. Even more cost-effective thanks to the extremely long-life motor Thanks to the development of a new technology motor and an additional controller, it has been possible to significantly extend the standard lifespan of the collector motor. In simulated laboratory conditions, with very different power suction cycles, a 200-300% extension of operating life compared to the previous model was detected! Endurance tests showed, in extreme cases, a lifespan of up to 2,400 operating hours.
No downtime However, even the best motor eventually reaches the end of its life. Normally this means: sending the device to customer service or calling a service technician, both involving downtime and often high costs. But with the Silent TS, this is not the case. The motor can be changed, just like in the previous model, by the user themselves in just 2 minutes and without the need for tools. Compared to many other extractors, the Silent TS does not need to be sent for service, and both high repair costs and annoying downtime are now a thing of the past. And for those who want to be absolutely sure, we recommend ordering a spare motor together with the device, thus avoiding delivery times. This is possible thanks to the unbeatable price of the spare motor – which costs less than 10% of the purchase price of a Silent TS!
Adaptable to every type of use Thanks to its high suction power of 3,300 l/min (airflow), the new Silent TS is suitable for easy connection to two workstations or two devices with effective environmental protection in the laboratory. At the same time, the filter change indicator and the automatic start device can also be comfortably and precisely adapted to individual needs. Thanks to its special features, the Silent TS integrates perfectly into the production processes of the practice and laboratory. The filter change indicator can be adapted to different suction hose diameters and individually calibrated to achieve the maximum filling level of the dust bag. This means that the filter change will only be indicated when it is truly necessary and not as a result of a factory setting. The advantages: better utilization of filter capacity, lower consumption of dust bags, and thus reduced operating costs.
Precise calibration The threshold for automatic start can be calibrated with such precision that the Silent TS can also be operated via any commercially available handpiece. The user can define the speed of the micromotor from which the Silent TS will start. When working at low speeds, for example when extraction is not required, the device remains disconnected!
