UV POLYMERIZER FOR COMPOSITES

Photopol PRO is a polymerizer suitable for most light-curing composites.
Irradiation is provided by three circuits of 8 high-power UV LEDs of different frequencies. The key feature is that each individual LED has a collimating lens that concentrates the light (and therefore the emitted power) into a very narrow angle of incidence.
The work chamber and the horizontal plane are covered with highly reflective material, there is no escape of ultraviolet rays, the support plate for the works is in constant rotation and mounted on a practical drawer to facilitate positioning and removal of the artefacts to be treated.

Two circuits of 8 LEDs each in the high end of the UV spectrum (above 410nm – blue color)
An 8-LED circuit in the lower end of the UV spectrum (below 410nm – violet color)
Possibility of combined action of the two UV light sources
24 high power LEDs with collimating lens to concentrate the flow and penetrate deeply into the materials
Possibility of dosing the power delivered and/or introducing it progressively to avoid shocks to the materials
Wide coverage of the operating spectrum (320 to 550 nanometers, peak at 470 nanometers)
Suitable for polymerizing any dental composite on the market, which does not require vacuum treatment
Constantly rotating work support plate to limit shaded areas
Transparent polycarbonate bell and internal vacuum pump
Modern user interface with color touch display
Wide availability of operating parameters to prepare work cycles suitable for every need and program storage
Useful pre-polymerization function to dry and fix the various layers (activity of a few seconds, constantly repeated)
