Constant viscosity

The viscosity of etching gels can be compromised when the material is extruded from the narrow application cannula. Traditional etchants often become too runny in consistency, making it difficult to apply them precisely to the tooth tissue because the gel flows uncontrollably.

New composition of fillers

The new Total Etch was developed to prevent these viscosity fluctuations. The gel has an ideal, yet more importantly, consistent viscosity, allowing for rapid and effective application. Once applied to the cavity, the product stays in place. After allowing it to act, it rinses off, dispersing it extremely easily thanks to its new formulation.

Newly designed syringes

The design of the new Total Etch syringe has been modified to reduce evaporation of the aqueous component. The gel thus maintains its ideal viscosity, ensuring high product quality until the expiration date.
