The Clearfil Universal Bond Quick 2 is Kuraray's one-component, light-curing universal adhesive, developed to optimize clinical workflow with rapid application and durable, long-lasting adhesion.
The exclusive Advanced Rapid Bond Technology (ARBT) combines three key monomers to maximize adhesive performance:
- MDP (original Kuraray) — chemical adhesion to enamel, dentin, zirconia, and metals
- Amide — interaction with dentin collagen for a stable bond
- UTMA (Urethane Tetra Methacrylate) — high mechanical strength and flexibility
Clinical Indications
- Direct composite restorations (Class I–V)
- Cementation of indirect ceramic, zirconia, and composite restorations
- Self-etch, selective-etch, and total-etch techniques
- Compatible with self-curing and dual-curing cements with Clearfil DC Activator
