FINISHING CENTER FOR DENTAL PRACTICE

Finishing center for dental practice consisting of:

- Transparent methacrylate box with side openings for the passage of hands and objects to be worked on, debris separation grid and removable screen for easy replacement;

– Micro-sandblasting module for delivering aluminum oxide, with air treatment unit (filter, regulator and pressure gauge), foot pedal control and ergonomic handpiece with precision nozzle;

– Pneumatic aspiration system for the constant evacuation of powdery particulate matter produced during treatment, and a filter bag made of microfiltration fabric. Applications – preparation of the inner retaining wall of caps, prior to cementation.

- Finishing of CAD/CAM milled prostheses - Cleaning of parts removed for repair (removal of cement residue), before repositioning. Installation method: Since there is no electrical system, only a pneumatic connection is necessary.

To use IDEASTUDIO, simply open the pneumatic supply valve and the suction system will activate, supplying air to the pedal. Lifting the pedal automatically releases the pressure contained in the module; therefore, to finish the work, simply close the supply valve.
