Geo Snow-White Wax 75gr Renfert
Wax-up waxes (GEO Snow-white L opaque and GEO Snow-white L transparent) are used for the functional and aesthetic planning of a dental prosthesis. They are used on diagnostic models or master models in the articulator on different types of structures (metal, all-ceramic, etc.). For this purpose, a white or tooth-colored modeling wax is used.
White wax-ups are particularly suitable for showing the patient the final prosthetic work. Compared to conventional modeling waxes, the color of this wax is closer to the color of the definitive aesthetic veneer. This allows the patient to get a very concrete idea of their prosthesis.
The opaque wax has high opacity even in very thin layers, an important property on a metal framework. In addition to the classic creation of wax-ups, the main field of use is the wax veneering of secondary telescopic crowns.
