The motor features a particularly high torque, allowing it to handle even large quantities without difficulty. Furthermore, with a speed of up to 600 rpm, the Twister evolution pro mixes any type of coating with ease.

The device is equipped with a high-performance vacuum pump. The advantage: it only requires a single power connection.

Pre-spatulation

The two pre-mixing functions handle the two different types of material (plaster and coating) individually and prevent the powder from being thrown beyond the mixing area at the start of mixing. At the same time, the spatula "picks up" the powder from the upper edge by precisely guiding the fluid mass. This ensures that the mixing ratios, so important for controlling expansion, are always maintained.

Pre-vacuum

During the pre-mixing phase, the chemical reaction between the coating components produces gases. The pre-vacuum function allows the material to be degassed before the main mixing phase begins.

Main Mix

The new powerful motors of the Twister series easily maintain the set rotational speeds regardless of the material, quantity and cup size used.

Reversing the direction of rotation Reversing the direction of rotation allows you to break up any agglomerations of dry material in order to improve the wettability of the powder.

Post-empty

 Some investment and modeling compounds tend to form gases even after the main mixing. Twisters, thanks to the post-vacuum, reduce the formation of even the microbubbles that form on the surface of the compound after mixing.
