The SilverLine range has been designed for a perfect fit and comfort during daily activities.

Comfort.

In addition to an excellent fit, the active action of the fabric with silver fibres counteracts the proliferation of microorganisms responsible for bad odours due to perspiration. Isothermal effect for stabilizing body temperature (hot/cold).

Productivity.

Reducing exposure to pathogens reduces the risk of direct contagion (and also cross-contamination between operator and patient).

Each SilverLine garment offers dual protection, ensuring both an antibacterial function against environmental pathogens and the reduction of perspiration odours. Maximum effectiveness is achieved by using both the first layer (short-sleeved or long-sleeved t-shirt) and the SilverLine tunics to guarantee double active insulation.

SilverLine is the first clothing to be transformed into PPE (personal protective equipment), meeting the obligations set out in Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 concerning safety and prevention in the workplace.

Characteristics of the fabric with silver textile fibre.

Silver ions have potent bactericidal activity against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria; they are also capable of fungicidal action and inhibiting the growth of spores of many pathogenic fungi.

How silver ions work.

The ions destroy the cell wall of bacteria, act on the metabolism of microbes, and by interfering with the respiration mechanism, they suffocate them. Silver ions attack the DNA of bacteria, preventing their reproduction.

Antibacterial effectiveness

It is effective against pathogenic germs, hospital germs, and a large number of bacteria and salmonella, thanks to the release of silver ions, which inactivate: macrobiotic proteins, and the DNA of bacteria, viruses, and bacilli.

It prevents bacterial proliferation, thanks to its antimicrobial power, thus blocking the migration of microorganisms between fabric and skin, preventing the formation of bad odours, impeding allergies, and maintaining the biological balance of the skin.

Durability over time

Silver is irreversibly bonded to a polymer so that it becomes one with the fibre. The fibre's performance is therefore permanent and does not decrease over time.

Unique characteristics

Promotes body perspiration by accelerating heat transfer outwards, promotes a reduction in skin moisture, providing a feeling of dryness and well-being.

Antistatic and therapeutic properties
