NeoMTA® 2 is Avalon's new MTA, perfected by Dr. Carolyn Primus, the inventor of White ProRoot MTA.

Highly bioactive and biocompatible , it is a powdered MTA to be mixed with its dedicated gel to achieve the desired consistency.

Clinical feedback and continuous improvement through ongoing product development are the foundations of the second generation of powder/liquid MTA, highly versatile and with improved characteristics. NeoMTA® 2 is indicated for the treatment of roots and pulp.

Features and benefits:

- Bioactive bioceramic: promotes hydroxyapatite formation on the surface to seal and support healing through the release of calcium and hydroxide ions. Biocompatible, non-cytotoxic, non-genotoxic, initially high pH (alkaline/basic), and has been shown to be antimicrobial in vitro.

- Resin-free for maximum bioactivity .

- Dimensionally stable: unlike resin-based sealers, NeoSEALER® Flo is dimensionally stable to ensure a gap-free seal, minimizing the possibility of bacterial infiltration.

- Easier to mix: our improved gel formula allows for a simpler mixing process.

- 30% higher radiopacity: AI equivalent radiopacity of 6.5 mm when mixed with a compact stucco (compared to NeoMTA Plus with 5.0mm).

- Brighter white that doesn't stain: will never discolor teeth. NaOCI does not cause discoloration.

The NeoMTA® 2 packaging has been designed to maximize your efficiency; in fact, it includes a 0.1g measuring scoop to dispense the ideal unit dose for a more predictable mix. Furthermore, thanks to its exclusive gel, NeoMTA® 2 allows mixing to either a putty or fine sealant consistency, always guaranteeing the best performance for your patients.
