Leaf Expander Tooth borne CAD-CAM A2703 Leone

The Leaf Expander CAD-CAM is a compressible spring expander characterized by a male screw and two or three Ni-Ti leaf springs, which releases continuous and calibrated forces to achieve maxillary expansion. This is the version optimized for the digital workflow of the most common Leone expander: instead of arms, it features 4 transverse housings with stops, integral within the profile of the bodies themselves, which ensure precise coupling with the digitally designed structure and made using Laser Melting technology, promoting optimal laser welding. The main characteristics are exactly the same as the classic Leaf Expander. This series of Leaf Expanders maintains all the characteristics and measurements of the analogous expanders with arms, in order to facilitate the clinician's transition to the use of a digitally manufactured device.
