The CAD-CAM rapid disconnector has the same design as the world's best-selling expander, with features dedicated to this particular use: instead of arms, it has 4 transverse square slots in the bodies that allow perfect coupling for laser welding with the digitally designed and sintered structure. The exclusive self-centering system of the guides, the use of a biomedical steel with superior strength characteristics for the guides and the male screw, and the optimal size/bulk ratio of the device guarantee stable treatment and complete biomechanical control of the disconnector, even in hybrid therapies with TADs and MARPE in adult patients.
The body is laser-marked with the expansion capacity, expressed in mm, arrows indicating the direction of activation, and the batch number.
