SR Nexco Paste Margin 2.5g Ivoclar
SR Nexco Paste is a light-curing laboratory composite, with micro-opalescent fillers, indicated for prosthetic treatments supported by a framework and without a framework.
In combination with a shade-tolerant material, natural optical characteristics are achieved in both fixed and removable restorations, as well as in prosthetic gingiva.
INDICATIONS
Fixed prosthetics with frameworks:
- Aesthetic veneering of restorations supported by a metal framework
- Aesthetic veneering in combined prosthetics (e.g. double crown/telescopic technique)
- Aesthetic veneering of partially removable implant superstructures
- Covering of partial dentures with SR Nexco Opaquer Pink
- Aesthetic veneering of CAD/CAM-manufactured metal frameworks
Fixed prosthetics without frameworks:
- Inlays, onlays, veneers
- Anterior crowns
Additional uses
- Surface characterizations of artificial resin teeth with SR Nexco Stains, followed by covering with SR Nexco layering material in combination with SR Connect.
- Shape and color modifications of Ivoclar Vivadent artificial resin teeth with SR Nexco layering material in combination with SR Connect

Physical characteristics of SR Nexco.
SR Adoro is a clinically established material for many years and serves as a reference value for testing. Mastication simulation shows that SR Nexco exhibits the same or even slightly lower wear values than SR Adoro, regardless of the light-curing unit in which it was cured.
Gloss stability
Gloss stability is detected in the toothbrush simulation. SR Nexco samples show significantly higher gloss stability compared to materials from other manufacturers.
Optical characteristics
Micro-opalescent fillers allow for optical and aesthetic characteristics that mimic natural models. Opalescence, fluorescence, and light transmission (opacity/translucency) are the characteristics that differentiate this aesthetic veneering composite.
Excellent shade tolerance
In addition to natural optical characteristics, the chosen color calibration allows for quick and simple color reproduction. Whether in minimal space conditions where the thickness is only 0.6 mm, up to thicknesses of 1.5 mm, the color adaptation is the same.
Gingiva
Furthermore, the SR Nexco Paste gingival shades are color-matched to the IPS Inline, IPS d.Sign, and IPS e.max Ceram concept. This enables the management of natural-looking gingiva with all aesthetic veneering systems and according to the same scheme.
Prostheses made with IvoBase can also be quickly and easily characterized and completed. For prosthetic gingiva in implant work, the gingival concept has been completed with the Basic Gingiva BG 34 shade. This basic shade is also available in the IvoBase system. The topic of prosthetic gingiva is perfectly indicated for product differentiation. For this reason, detailed documentation is being developed for the creation of prosthetic gingiva.
SR Connect adhesive
A central product in the SR Nexco system is SR Connect, a light-curing, non-thickening adhesive with various application possibilities. This creates a durable bond between polymerized composites, e.g. SR Phonares II and SR Nexco, for modifications and characterizations.
