With Admira Fusion, VOCO presents the world's first all-ceramic universal restorative material, based on the innovative combination of proven nano-hybrid technology and ^ORMOCER® technology, developed in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicate Research. Having already launched the first ORMOCER® ^- based filling system with Admira in 1999 and the first nano-hybrid composite with Grandio in 2003, VOCO has now succeeded in combining the advantages of both systems through intensive research. The new ^ORMOCER® nano-hybrid restorative material Admira Fusion uses silicon oxide as its chemical basis, both for the fillers and – a groundbreaking achievement – ​​in the resin matrix. The unique "Pure Silicate Technology" offers numerous significant advantages at the same time: Admira Fusion boasts by far the lowest polymerization shrinkage (1.25 vol.-%), and consequently extremely low shrinkage stress, compared to all major filling composites on the market.

The use of ^ORMOCER® ("Organically Modified Ceramics") makes Admira Fusion highly biocompatible, as it contains no conventional monomers and therefore cannot be released after polymerization. Radiopaque and light-cured, the ^ORMOCER® nano-hybrid system contains 84% ​​inorganic fillers by weight and covers a wide range of indications, including: Class I to V fillings, linings in Class I and II cavities, reconstructions of traumatically damaged anterior teeth, stabilization and splinting of loose teeth, extensive fissure sealing, core build-ups, and the creation of composite inlays. Admira Fusion also stands out for its high color stability and universal use, meeting the highest requirements in the anterior and lateral tooth areas. The highly homogeneous material has excellent handling properties and is compatible with all conventional bonding agents.

The system is complemented by Admira Fusion x-tra, which, with identical physical properties, allows for thicknesses of up to 4 mm. The Fast-Track variant impresses with low volume loss and excellent biocompatibility. The universal U shade, which ensures aesthetic results in the lateral tooth area by adapting to the surrounding tooth structure with a flawless chameleon effect, also makes handling easier. Admira Fusion and Admira Fusion x-tra are available in rotating syringes and caps for direct application.
