Osteobiol SP-BLOCK 35X10X5mm Tecnoss

A collagenated heterologous spongy bone block produced using the exclusive Tecnoss® process, which avoids ceramization of hydroxyapatite crystals, accelerating physiological reabsorption. Thanks to its rigid consistency, Sp-Block maintains the original graft volume over time - a fundamental characteristic in large volume regenerations. The collagen content facilitates blood clotting and the invasion of regenerative and reparative cells, promoting the restitutio ad integrum of the missing bone.

Clinical Indications

• Vertical regeneration of atrophic posterior mandibles (inlay technique): documented for bone increments up to 5 mm with 2 to 7-year follow-up
• Large volume regenerations: the rigidity of the block ensures stability and volume preservation over time
• Gaps around the block are filled with granular biomaterial; the area is stabilized with osteosynthesis plates and screws and protected with an Evolution membrane

Instructions for Use

• Rehydrate for 5-10 minutes in sterile physiological solution before use
• Adapt to the carefully decorticated recipient site to ensure maximum contact
• Fix with osteosynthesis microscrews
• Protect with OsteoBiol Evolution resorbable membrane
