Bioadapt Ousia Collagen Membrane

A resorbable collagen membrane of bovine origin, thanks to its "zero memory" characteristic, is ideal for promoting bone and surrounding tissue healing. When hydrated, it naturally adapts to any surgical defect. Its high tensile strength makes Bioadapt the ideal membrane for sutures, even when hydrated. Designed for use in oral surgery as a resorbable material in healing processes in implant sites, bone defects, periodontal defects, and ridge augmentation.

Bioadapt is a non-friable, white membranous matrix characterized by its defined geometry, in vivo stability, permeability, and mechanical strength. Made from highly purified type I collagen, it is sterile, non-pyrogenic, and single-use. Its resorbability eliminates the need for a second surgical procedure.

FEATURES : Completely resorbable, easy to manipulate, facilitates healing of bone and surrounding tissue, unique fiber orientation to provide high elasticity and in situ stability of the membrane, predictable resorption time (3-4 months), occlusive, designed to delay and/or prevent epithelial downgrowth.
