An innovation: The new liquid suction function allows for the extraction of water and ceramic or zirconium mixtures generated with the water-cooled laboratory turbine. The continuously variable power control and the option of continuous operation or the convenient automatic start allow for adaptation to any individual working method. The motor starts smoothly and requires only a low inrush current to ensure smooth start-up of the connected external high-performance power tool.

Free-Filter-System – Filter cleaning at the push of a button A well-known situation: when vacuuming microdust, the pores of the fine filter and dust bag or fabric filter clog very quickly. This results in:

• The suction power decreases significantly, even if the dust bag is not yet completely full
• The fine filter wears out faster
• It is not possible to use the maximum capacity of the dust bag

The Vortex compact 3 L solves this problem with its convenient filter cleaning function, which can be done at the touch of a button. Simply hold one end of the hose closed with one hand and press the "Free-Filter" button with the other. Thanks to an ingenious technology, air is used to "slam" the fine filter and the internal walls of the dust bag without the dental technician having to open the extractor and therefore without the risk of inhaling dangerous microdust. Pure power. In addition to a total connected load of 3600 W (at 230 V) and 2000 W (at 120 V) and an air flow rate of 3700 l/min. respectively. 3200 l/min., the device offers a compact footprint and a net weight of just 10 kg. These features allow for easy operation by two users at the same time. Thanks to its optimized shape, the Vortex compact 3 L takes up very little space and can therefore be conveniently installed in a cabinet (90° angle optional).

Greater safety: The average amount of microdust in the respiratory system of a dental technician amounts to an incredible 12 kg of hazardous materials per year. Ceramics, resins, plaster, nickel, and quartz not only cause allergies and poisoning, but also the dreaded dust pneumoconiosis (silicosis). Thanks to the dual-filter system and the effective fine filter, the Vortex compact 3 L achieves a high dust removal rate of 99.9%.
